PINOT NERO LAZIO IGT

Nuances of red fruits and berries, floral hints of rose, jasmine and violet. The velvety tannins and the light sip make it the quintessence of elegance.

It is said that Aulus Gabinius, senator of the Empire, was the first to establish his home on the hill where Gavignano now stands. With the same audacity of the Senator and Condottiero, in 2016 a new Pinot Noir vineyard was located on the slopes of the hills overlooking the plain leading to the city of Cesare.

CESANESE DEL PIGLIO DOCG 

Soft ruby red, on the nose notes of camphor, then violets and red fruits. Mouth clean, fluid and right persistance. 

The ancient Ciociaro dialect was called Campanino. This velvety, soft, mellow red is a tribute to an enchanted slice of land, where centuries of history and stories meet in a glass of wine to give a taste capable of surprising.

ROSATO DEL FRUSINATE IGP

Elegant and complex on the nose, notable freshness in the mouth, with a crunchy cherry flavour.

Pink is the sunset between the rows. The sun, tired, dives into the night. Vigna Marta yawns, while the sky covers her with its starry blanket. Then the grapes fall asleep, dreaming of becoming a rosy nectar. And good dreams, as we know, sometimes come true.

CESANESE DEL PIGLIO DOCG RISERVA

Ruby with garnet reflections. The nose is broad, intense and spicy. Elegant and persistnt sip wuth harmonious and balanced tannins.

From the frescoed rooms, the manor looks down on Piglio. The ancient windows, eyes of stone, extend their gaze beyond the village. Towards the noble vineyards that, lying on the hills, silently work embroidering the earth.

PASSERINA DEL FRUSINATE IGT

The scent of flowers, camomille and hay is evident. The taste is full, fleshy, mineral and leaves long, lingering scents.

Saxa in Latin means stones, cliffs. The ancient Ernici, inhabitants of the cliffs, were the masters of this territory where the roots challenge the rocks, where the woods meet the glades. Here the vines grow strong, luxuriant, because they have the character of the Ernici in them. And they give us a timeless wine, just like the land.

PASSERINA DEL FRUSINATE IGT

Solar. Mirabelle, yellow pulp fruit and almond. A full sip with a long savory finish.

Conte Lollo crosses the vineyard. In his hand he has a rose, in his pocket a watch. Among the grapes in the sun, a butterfly does somersaults. The count smells the rose. Then he looks at the clock, but he forgot the hands at home. Who cares, says Lollo, beauty has a time of its own. The butterfly hears this and bends one wing in a bow. He takes it and places it on the rose. Then they go, pushed by a breeze as blue as the sky.

In the soft velvets of a sinuous taste, drops of red dew glisten. And between the neat rows, suspended in the dawn looking down on the valley, echoes the silence of a noble history.

Ruby red colour with violet hues. On the nose spices, pepper, Mediterranean scrub and roasting. In the mouth it is a clean, elegant, ariculated and balanced by good tannin.

And if you look beyond the vineyard, toward the horizon, you will see Woodpecker chasing his dreams. For the sane do the right things, but the mad do the good.
